There will be a novice/beginner wave for both races which participants can opt into when registering. This wave is for anyone who feels uncomfortable with the swim portion of the race. The swim course will be well supported with watercraft and lifegaurds. No flotation devices are allowed. You may stop and rest during any portion of the swim by holding onto the watercraft that will be available but you may NOT make forward progress.
